If, for any reason, a product you order from us does not meet your expectations, then simply return it to us within 30 days of purchase, in original condition and original packaging. We will cheerfully provide a refund or an exchange, as you prefer. Conditions apply as noted below. Please email support@MySharpKnife.Com for if you require assistance. Before returning products, you should attempt to remedy any problems by contacting customer service. Products may not be returned without approval. Please email for an authorization and clearly write this authorization on the front of the package. Shipments without this authorization will be refused. Products must have been purchased within 30 days and will be subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to the issuance of a refund. Items that have been used or damaged will be returned to buyer at buyer's expense. Shipments must be made by a carrier that uses tracking numbers and must be prepaid. My Sharp Knife can not be responsible for losses in shipment Please include a copy of the original invoice clearly indicating any or all items being returned and a brief note detailing why the item is being returned. My Sharp Knife wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. This is why we accept returns if you simply change your mind or wish to credit your item towards the purchase of another.
