Product Warranty: Products sold from My Sharp Knife are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship at time of shipment. During the first 30 days returns may be made to My Sharp Knife. See FAQ's for details. All products are warranted by manufacturer and length of individual warrantees varies by manufacturers. This information is published on each manufacturer's web site. My Sharp Knife will assist customer with return to manufacturer during warranty period. Shipping Carriers: Freight carriers are USPS & UPS. All orders shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address will only be shipped via US Mail. Other carriers are available by arrangement. Please contact us with your request. These include, but are not limited to FedEx and DHL.
Shipping Address: The customer is responsible for providing My Sharp Knife with accurate shipping information for all orders. Any charges incurred with returns or extra charges billed by freight companies due to erroneous information will be billed to the customer. Pricing & Specifications: All prices are in US Dollars, and do not include any freight or taxes. Product specifications are provided by the manufacturer who is wholly responsible for them. Damaged Shipments: Damaged Shipments: Shipping accidents do occur. If damage has occurred, please call us immediately with the invoice number and tracking number of the package. Please note the condition of the packaging and retain it in case the shipper requires an inspection. While our responsibility for damage ceases when the carrier accepts the shipment My Sharp Knife is available to assist you during this process.
